Reference to “you” in this Policy refers to the users of the OffiCircle mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), whether or not you access the services available on the Platform or consummate a transaction on the Platform (“Users”).
By using or accessing this Platform and providing information, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your information in any manner as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Policy, please do not proceed further or use or access this Platform.

b. Personalization. To suggest relevant activities, connect you with like-minded colleagues, and customize your experience.
c. Communication. To send you notifications about activities, messages from other users, and important service updates.
d. Analytics and Improvement. To analyze usage patterns, improve our services, develop new features, and ensure platform security.
e. Support and Safety. To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure the safety and security of our platform.
f. Compliance. To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms of service, and protect our rights and the rights of our users.
Legal Basis: We process your data based on (a) your consent, (b) performance of our contract with you (providing the service), and (c) our legitimate interest in improving the platform and ensuring security.
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
a. With Other Users. Your name, profile picture, designation, and activity participation are visible to other users within your company on OffiCircle. Chat messages are shared only with the intended recipients.
b. With Service Providers. We use third-party services to operate our platform: Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications, real-time chat, analytics, crash reporting) and Amazon Web Services (data storage and server infrastructure). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
c. For Rewards Fulfillment. If you redeem OffiPoints for physical rewards, your name and delivery address are shared with the fulfillment partner solely for delivery purposes.
d. For Legal Reasons. We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OffiCircle, our users, or the public.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' information to others. We do not share individual user data with advertisers.
We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your information and to protect it against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. We implement the following measures:
i. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
ii. Data at rest is encrypted on our servers
iii. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
iv. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems
v. Authentication tokens are securely stored on your device
However, we cannot guarantee absolute security as no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We are also not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive your information.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
i. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
ii. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
iii. Chat messages in group activities are retained for the duration of the activity and may persist for other participants
iv. OffiPoints expire on a rolling 12-month basis
v. Analytics and log data is retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
a. Access. You can view your personal data within the app at any time through your profile settings.
b. Correction. You can update your personal information directly in the app.
c. Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@officircle.com. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.
d. Opt-out of Notifications. You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings or your device settings.
e. Data Portability. You can request a copy of your data by emailing support@officircle.com.
f. Withdraw Consent. You can withdraw consent for optional data collection (such as location) through your device settings at any time.

OffiCircle is a workplace platform designed for adult professionals. We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
i. OffiCircle is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16
ii. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16
iii. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data
iv. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities
v. Users can report concerns through the in-app feedback mechanism or by emailing support@officircle.com

Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We primarily store data on servers in India. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Our mobile application uses standard mobile analytics tools to understand how users interact with the app. We use Firebase Analytics for this purpose. You can limit data collection by adjusting your device's privacy settings.
OffiCircle has the discretion to update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy and additionally may send you a notification apprising you of the same. We encourage Users to frequently check this page to stay informed on any changes to the Policy. Your continued use of our Platform after any changes to the Policy signifies your acceptance of those changes.
